You can substitute the milk, but I find cashew works best. I do not recommend using almond butter because the almond flavor becomes too overpowering. You can also use fresh bananas if you would prefer.
- Place the frozen bananas into a food processor, with a small amount of milk.
- Blitz the bananas until they are blended.
- Pour in ¾ cups of cashew milk, and blend again.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of almond butter to the blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
It is a very simple recipe that can be adjusted to your preferences.

Mix With Cream Cheese
To upgrade a bagel, you can mix cream cheese and almond butter together. This will create a very delicious spread, perfect for mornings, or snacks!
