15 Delicious Vegetarian Broccoli, Olive & Cheeze Plate Recipes

If you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, then you will know that some of the best recipes that you can eat will contain 3 things: broccoli, olives, and vegan cheese (aka. cheeze). If you are a vegetarian, then you might simply include regular cheese.

15 Delicious Vegetarian Broccoli, Olive & Cheeze Plate Recipes

But, once you find the right vegan cheese for you, then you will never go back to regular cheese.

While these ingredients are great, finding vegetarian recipes that include all 3 is often difficult. But, with a few simple modifications, all the recipes in this guide can be made using the 3 ingredients that we have listed above.

So, with no further ado, let’s dive right in and take a look at 15 delicious vegetarian broccoli, olive and cheeze recipes that you are guaranteed to love!

1. Broccoli Blue Cheese Bake

First up, we would recommend this broccoli blue cheese bake. Like many of the recipes in this guide, it will need some modifications.

For example, this bake is designed to include regular blue cheese and regular cheddar, so in order to make this a vegan dish, you will have to find vegan alternatives for these cheeses.

Thankfully, there are plenty of vegan cheddar cheeses out there, and lots of great blue cheese alternatives too. So simply make these substitutions, cook your bake, then garnish it with olives. You won’t be disappointed!

2. Vegan Cheesy Broccoli

When you first see this recipe, you might be very confused because seemingly the only ingredient out of the 3 listed above that is included in this recipe is broccoli. But, this dish still has a cheesy taste.

That is because it uses nutritional yeast rather than vegan cheeze to give this dish a cheesy flavor. So, follow this recipe to the letter then garnish with olives and enjoy.

3. Best Cheesy Vegan Broccoli

This next recipe is actually pretty similar to the last one that we looked at. This is primarily because it also uses nutritional yeast in place of vegan cheeze to ensure that this recipe is totally vegan friendly.

You might be skeptical about this, but nutritional yeast has a strong cheesy flavor without containing any dairy, and a lot less fat than vegan cheeses usually include. So, again, garnish this broccoli with olives, and you will have a yummy plate of food right at your fingertips.

4. Brocauliflower Cheese

Another delicious recipe to try is this Brocauliflower cheese. As the name of this dish suggests, it is basically cauliflower cheese, except it is made with broccoli instead. While this recipe doesn’t state it in its name, it is actually designed to be made using vegan cheese.

This means that the only thing you have to add to this dish is olives. Once again, we would recommend adding olives as an additional dressing at the end of this recipe. That way, you can easily avoid adding them for anyone in the family who doesn’t like them.

5. Easy Cheesy Vegan Baked Broccoli

Moving back into the realm of nutritional yeast, this next recipe also uses this fantastic ingredient to give your recipe a cheesy flavor. The great thing about nutritional yeast is that it is pretty healthy, and it is also super easy to use.

So, it cuts the preparation time of your meal significantly. Once again, this recipe sadly does not include any olives, but you can easily add these at the end of your meal to make it even more delicious!

6. Roasted Broccoli And Blue Cheese Pasta

This recipe is incredibly simple, and it was traditionally designed to include 3 ingredients. But, if you add olives to this dish then that will take the ingredient count up to 4. Simply substitute the blue cheese in this dish with vegan blue cheeze, and then follow the recipe to the letter.

Once your broccoli pasta in cheese sauce is ready, simply chop your olives and add them at the end. This recipe is so easy to make, but it is incredibly filling too, and that is why we love it so much.

7. Award-Winning Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Another delicious recipe that is quick and easy to make is this broccoli cheese casserole. Replace your regular cheddar with vegan cheddar, and chop up as many olives as you want before adding them into the casserole.

This dish is already full of flavor, but when you add the olives it becomes even more yummy. If you want to create a vegetarian broccoli, olive and cheeze dish for multiple people, this is the perfect recipe to follow.

8. Crispy Broccoli With Vegan Cheese Sauce

This next recipe is incredibly delicious, but it is rather similar to some of the other recipes that we have looked at. Just like many of the dishes that we have seen so far, this recipe is made using nutritional yeast in the vegan cheese sauce.

Once again, this dish doesn’t include any olives. That being said, you can easily add chopped olives as a garnish, or into the pan with the broccoli if you would prefer.

9. Vegan Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

But this next recipe is a little different, and that is because it uses a type of cheese that we haven’t encountered before. This is, of course, vegan Parmesan. This recipe is incredibly straightforward to follow, and the end result is outstanding!

Simply chop up some olives and add them in at the end, and you will have a delicious vegan Parmesan broccoli side to enjoy with any meal!

10. Cheesy Roasted Broccoli With Vegan Cheese Sauce

Alternatively, this is another delicious cheesy roasted broccoli recipe. This recipe uses nutritional yeast to give this broccoli a vegan-friendly cheesy flavor, and it is actually incredibly easy to add olives into this dish.

All you have to do is chop them up and then stir them into the sauce before you add it to the broccoli. This recipe is insanely yummy, and it is the perfect choice if you want to wow your guests. So, it is definitely one to try!

11. Roasted Broccoli And Cauliflower With Vegan Cheese Sauce

If you love cauliflower just as much as you love broccoli, then this recipe is the one for you. This recipe is easy to make, and contains 2 of your 5 a day as both broccoli and cauliflower are roasted in this dish.

Unfortunately, this recipe is not designed to include olives, but they can easily be added at the end. Our favorite thing about this recipe is how posh it looks when it is done, considering how simple it is to make.

So, if you want to take your dinner party to the next level, this is the perfect recipe to make.

12. Cheese And Broccoli Bake

But, if you would prefer something that is incredibly easy to make, and generally requires minimal effort, you should check out this cheese and broccoli bake.

For this recipe, you will have to swap the cheeses out for vegan alternatives, and stir chopped olives into the dish before you bake it. But, even with these few ingredient changes this dish still tastes out of this world.

It is perfect for those days when you want a yummy meal, but don’t want to spend hours standing in the kitchen. That is why you simply have to give it a try!

13. Vegan Broccoli Mac And Cheese

If you love mac and cheese, and let’s face it, who doesn’t?, then you will love this dish. This vegan broccoli mac and cheese is surprisingly easy to make, and the end result is completely breathtaking.

Sadly, this isn’t designed to include olives, but these can be easily added to the dish at the same time that you add the broccoli. Simply chop up your desired amount of olives then stir them in. This recipe really is top tier, and that is why we love it so much.

14. Easy One Pot Vegan Broccoli And Cheese Soup

However, some days you just cannot beat the superior dish that is a soup. A soup is perfect for days when you are feeling under the weather, or for cold days when you don’t want to leave the house.

This broccoli and cheese soup is incredibly easy to make, and you simply have to add all the ingredients into one pot and let the heat do its work.

Once your soup is ready to eat, simply garnish with some olives, and you will have a thick and chunky soup unlike any you have ever tried before.

15. Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Finally, we would recommend this cheesy broccoli casserole. This recipe is rather similar to the casserole recipe that we looked at earlier, but it has a few minor differences that make a big difference to its overall flavor.

Once again, this recipe doesn’t include olives, but they can easily be chopped and added to the casserole at the end of the cooking process. Or, if you would prefer you can add your olives earlier on in the cooking process.

The decision is entirely yours, and either way, you will end up with a truly delicious cheesy broccoli casserole that is guaranteed to go down a treat.
